Yes, as long as you are staying in a caravan or campervan and sign our dog policy on arrival. Pets aren’t allowed in our rooms or communal facilities unless they are certified assistance/service dogs.

Our holiday park has a 7-night maximum stay policy.

Our office is open 8:30am to 6:00pm daily during the winter season. Our summer hours are usually a bit longer.

Check-in is anytime after 2pm on your scheduled day of arrival and check-out is 10am or before on the day of departure. If you require an early check-in or a later check-out, please contact our reception team before your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we have a late-arrivals procedure that we can advise you about; please just let us know.

Yes. Our machines take $1 & $2 coins which, along with washing powder, can be purchased at reception. The laundry is always open.

No our showers are free to use. We just have 10-minute timers to help preserve water and do our bit for the environment.

Yes, we have free, unlimited wi-fi available to all our guests.

It’s an easy 6 minute drive from the holiday park. You can also walk (approximately 1.5 hours) or cycle along the ‘Wairau’ section of the new Whale Trail, which runs from the main roundabout in Spring Creek to Blenheim (approximately 30 minutes).

Picton, and the interislander ferry terminal, are 20km north of the holiday park, less than 20 minutes drive away. Or, Picton can be reached via the ‘Wairau’ and ‘Waitohi’ sections of the new Whale Trail (approximately 1.5 hours by bike).

If there is an emergency please call 111 and notify management of the situation. We are located at 1199 Rapaura Road, Spring Creek 7273. If there is a disturbance when reception is closed, holiday park management can be contacted using the number on the reception door.

There is a 4 Square just 650 metres away at the SH1 roundabout. It has groceries and most things you might need for your stay. The nearest large supermarkets are located in Blenheim, less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

No, our site is accessible 24 hours a day, which makes it easy if you’re arriving or leaving out of office hours.

We have a wide range of site sizes to suit everyone’s needs. If you are booking with a large motorhome or caravan please let us know when you make your booking so we can ensure you are allocated a suitable site.

Yes, we guarantee one parking spot for all sites and accommodation. Please let us know about extra vehicles when making your booking. This includes towing vehicles for caravans, especially if the caravan is large, and if you have a boat.

Our age range for children is 2-16. Children under 2 years stay for free.

Yes, our creek is from a naturally sourced spring just 4km upstream. Keep an eye out for our friendly pet eels!

Yes, we have BBQs available for guests to use and you can rent utensils from our office if you don’t have your own. Please take care of the equipment and leave everything as you found it so that it can be enjoyed by others.
