Terms & Conditions

We agree:

• Check in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Any early arrivals need to be arranged at least one day before arrival. Anyone arriving before 2pm without prior agreement may be asked to return at a later time. Check out time is 10am. This is to ensure our team has enough time to prepare grounds and rooms for arriving guests.

• To conform to Holiday Park bylaws & regulations (available from office & on website) & understand that any breach of the rules by the park or our guests will result in our site being cancelled without any refund of fees paid.

• Reservations are a contract between Spring Creek Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and are not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit or site for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors of that unit or site.

• That any additions to the numbers in our party must be notified to and consent given by the owners/managers of the Holiday Park before arrival.

• Only one vehicle is allowed to park on each site, with all other vehicles being parked in the designated areas.

• That our caravan/campervan will have a current electrical WOF.

• That our tent, if connected to a power supply, will have a transformer or an approved circuit breaking device.

• Arrangement for bringing a pet into the Holiday Park must be made prior to arrival and the pet policy must be signed. Animals are not allowed in any rooms or communal areas unless certified as an assistance dog. A $250 fee will be applied if evidence of any animals are found either in our accommodation or communal facilities.

• Absolutely no fireworks are permitted in the Holiday Park. Any fireworks let off will result in immediate expulsion from the Holiday Park with no refund on fees paid.

• To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay, we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behaviour and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be only consumed on your site or in your unit. No noise between 10pm – 7am.

• All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the owners/manager. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the booking. Failure to do this could result in the booking being cancelled, even upon arrival and no refund given.

• No smoking or vaping in or around rooms or communal areas. Any evidence may result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.

• Any damage caused by a guest must be reported to the office and paid for before departure. Any damages discovered after a guest’s departure will be charged to the booking card without notice.

• Any recreational activities undertaken by guests within the park could result in injury. Any person involved in these activities does do at their own risk.

• Lost keys will be charged at $25 per key.

• Any card payments may be subject to a 1.5% transaction fee.
